Founded by Mr. Denesh Kumar and Ms. Sushma Verma, SSW Foundation is built on the principles of compassion, equity, and community-driven progress. The organization works across multiple sectors—education, healthcare, women’s empowerment, livelihood promotion, social welfare, and environmental sustainability—to create long-lasting, meaningful impact.
Guided by a strong commitment to self-reliance and community involvement, SSW Foundation designs programs that uplift individuals while strengthening the social fabric of entire communities. 1. Introduction: SSW Foundation is a Section 8 Not-for-Profit Company dedicated to education, healthcare, women empowerment, community development, livelihood promotion, rural upliftment, and social welfare.
2. Nature of Donations
(a) All donations are voluntary and strictly used for charitable purposes.
(b) Donations may be restricted (project-specific) or unrestricted.
(c) Restricted donations are used only for the purpose specified by the donor.
3. Eligible Donors. The Foundation accepts donations from:
(a) Individuals
(b) Corporates (CSR)
(c) Trusts, NGOs, Institutions
(d) Government bodies (if allowed)
(e) International donors (subject to FCRA approval, when available)
Donors must provide required KYC and PAN details as mandated by law.
4. Tax Benefits (80G / 12A)
(a) Donations are eligible for benefits under Section 80G (as per registration: ABHCS1006P25CD01).
(b) Receipts will bear PAN, 80G URN, and CSR details where applicable.
(c) Cash donations above ₹2,000 are not eligible for 80G benefits.
5. CSR Donations. CSR contributions are utilized strictly in line with:
(a) Section 135 of the Companies Act
(b) CSR Rules 2014
(c) Activities permitted under Schedule VII
(d) Terms of CSR agreements/MoUs
CSR donors are provided:
(a) UC (Utilization Certificate)
(b) CA-certified financial statements
(c) Impact Reports
(d) Progress updates
6. Donation Receipts. Each donor receives an official receipt containing:
(a) Name of SSW Foundation
(b) CIN, PAN, GST, CSR-1 details
(c) Donation amount and date
(d) Mode of payment
(e) 80G details (if applicable)
Receipts are issued after realization of payment.
7. Accepted Modes of Donation
(a) Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
(b) Cheque/DD
(c) UPI
(d) Online Payment Gateway
(e) CSR transfer
(f) Foreign donation (only post-FCRA approval)
8. Utilization of Funds. Funds will be used for:
(a) Education programs
(b) Hospital/healthcare projects
(c) Women empowerment
(d) Skill development
(e) Community development
(f) Support for disabled, elderly, and marginalized groups
(g) Emergency relief
Unspent project funds are carried forward to future periods.
9. Reporting & Transparency
(a) Annual Report + Audited Financial Statements
(b) CSR Utilization Reports
(c) Impact Assessment Reports
(d) Program updates (on request)
10. Donor Privacy
(a) Donor details are kept confidential.
(b) Data may be shared only for statutory compliance (e.g., audit, govt.).
(c) SSW Foundation does not sell or misuse donor information.
11. No Refund Policy
(a) Donations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
(b) Refunds may only be issued in case of an error or technical issue verified by the Foundation.
(c) Requests must be made within 48 hours of payment.
12. In-Kind Donations. Accepted if useful for programs, such as:
(a) Medical equipment
(b) Educational materials
(c) Computers, furniture
(d) Medicines, clothing
(e) Livelihood tools
In-kind donations may not be eligible for 80G exemption.
13. Donor Rights. Donors have the right to:
(a) Timely receipts
(b) Know how funds are used
(c) Receive program updates
(d) Request visits to project sites (with approval)
(e) Have their privacy protected
14. Right to Decline Donation. SSW Foundation may decline or return any donation if:
(a) It violates legal, ethical, compliance, or regulatory norms
(b) It conflicts with the mission/objectives of the Foundation
(c) It originates from unverifiable, suspicious, or prohibited sources
(d) Required donor KYC/PAN is not provided
The Foundation’s decision shall be final and binding.
15. Compliance. SSW Foundation adheres to:
(a) Companies Act, 2013
(b) Income Tax Act (12A, 80G)
(c) CSR Rules 2014
(d) GST Rules
(e) MSME Act
(f) ISO norms (where applicable)
(g) FCRA guidelines (once applicable)
All statutory filings, audits, and legal requirements are maintained annually.
16. Policy Amendments. SSW Foundation reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this Donation Policy at any time to maintain compliance or operational efficiency.
