1.2 Cancellation Restrictions

(a) Orders that have already been shipped or are in transit cannot be canceled.

(b) Customized or special-order items may not be eligible for cancellation.

1.3 Cancellation by SSW Foundation

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:

(a) Payment issues

(b) Inaccurate or incomplete delivery details

(c) Product unavailability

(d) Fraudulent activity

In such cases, you will be notified promptly and issued a full refund.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are provided under the following conditions:

(a) Order canceled within the allowable time.

(b) Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

(c) Returned items meet the conditions listed in our Returns Policy.

2.2 Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

(a) Donations made voluntarily

(b) Downloadable digital products

(c) Items bought under clearance or final sale

(d) Customized or personalized products
